Monday – Mexico Praise and Prayer Update

I hadn’t intended to write prayer updates actually every day, but so far there’s new things to pray about each day.

Praises:

• The team crossed the border into Mexico just before it closed Sunday evening. They were able to delay their paperwork until morning, and the paperwork went smoothly.
• The sick girl from yesterday is feeling better, and so far the sickness hasn’t spread (one other is sick, but that’s unrelated).
• It was raining all morning, but the afternoon was warm and dry enough for working. There isn’t more rain in the forecast.

Prayer requests:

• A delay in getting supplies means that both houses are running behind schedule.  Please pray that they catch up.
• The teams are struggling with discouragement and impatience due to the setbacks, so pray for their mindset and God to work out all the details.
• Pray for good health on the teams.
• Pray for good security overnight at the jobsites.
