We’ve been in Papua New Guinea working as a team for 13 days now! This crew is terrific, and working long hot hours to wrap up the construction of the boys’ dorm.
The plumbing is done (waiting on the arrival of the last sink), and the wiring is done (and the lights work!). Right now, Robin and Deanna are painting bathrooms, Fred and Skyler are finishing the exterior trim and siding a particularly difficult spot, and Chester and Cody are hanging drywall.
Friday is our last full day of work with a full crew – we’re planning a celebratory meal out and a bit of tourism for Saturday, church and fellowship on Sunday, then the McEntarffer family flies out Monday morning and we leave Tuesday morning.
Thank you so much for praying for us as we work – God has provided encouragement as we needed it, kept the injuries only minor, and allowed this team to complete a remarkable amount of work in these two weeks!
