Hello from Papua New Guinea! We arrived last Saturday evening, then spent Sunday going to church and recovering. The work began on Monday, and is making steady progress. Thank you so much for praying for us as we serve.
This week our team is memorizing 1 Samuel 12:24:
But be sure to fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great things he has done for you.
It has been a real blessing each evening over supper to recount some of the great things God has done for us so far – from bringing the team together, to getting us all here (and all of our luggage too), to lining up supplies and tools and people just at the right time.
