Chester went straight from the work project in Michigan to a much-needed time of rest and fellowship in the Appalachian mountains at the annual Free Grace International men’s retreat.
Friends, we find ourselves rather tired and overburdened (‘weary and heavy laden’) at the moment. We’re encouraged by the admonition in the next verse:
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. (Matthew 11:28-29)
