A Warm Welcome Home

The team (Gramma, Eva, Moriah, Isaiah, Ann and Ellie) is home safely from Uganda! Thank you for praying for them through this trip. Upon returning, they immediately noted that it’s even hotter here than there! (But then, Uganda is in their cooler season…)

Transitioning back to “normal life” after working hard on a missions trip can be challenging as you deal with the physical recovery and are also processing the things you experienced and the lessons God is trying to teach you. So please continue to pray for the team. Here’s a quick update from each team member:

Peggy (Gramma): Is back to doing grandma things and energetically sharing God’s love all over the place.

Eva: Started a new job this week, and was rear-ended by an uninsured driver, totaling her car, last Tuesday.

Moriah: Is moving back to Wyoming for Frontier School of the Bible (starts Monday!)

Isaiah: Returned this week to his full-time electrician job.

Ann McKnight: Returned to work and starts classes at UNO soon.

Ellie McKnight: Returned to work at a new job.

Matt & Noelle Harris (their hosts): are working on writing curriculum for upcoming classes at Terebinth Bible College, and reviewing student applications.

The team, with Pastor Peter in Kitgum, Uganda and his family.
