If you are a member of Thrivent (membership costs $20/year), you have a couple of easy, no-cost ways to support the work we do here at Projects 4 Missions — and we wanted to make sure you knew about them.
1. Choice Dollars ($25)
Thrivent members are designated Choice Dollars each year (worth $1 each in real grant funding), and you can direct them to Projects 4 Missions. It takes just a couple of minutes online, and it doesn’t cost you anything — you’re simply telling Thrivent where to send some of its charitable funds (Look for Projects 4 Missions, Incorporated, which is our legal name).
2. Action Team Grants ($250 gift card)
Thrivent members can also apply for a $250 Action Team grant to help fund a specific project. We’ve used these in the past to:
- Build a wall at the ROC Youth Center
- Buy food for a work weekend at Glad Tidings Bible Camp
- Buy food for a fundraising event supporting a missions trip
- Fund supplies for a summer outreach program at Grace Haven
